Accessibility at London Coffee Festival 2026

It was a pleasure again this year to partner with London Coffee Festival on accessibility at the event. We’ve been working with the organisers, William Reed, for a few years now, seeking to make LCF as accessible as possible, whilst dealing with the challenges of hosting an event in such an old building – The Truman Brewery has its unique features!

Over the years we’ve made some adjustments to the festival, including a quiet room, where anyone who needs it can go for a break from the noise and general hubbub of the festival. Guidance has also been issued to all stand-owners to ensure their stands are fully accessible, and if they are raised above the ground, to ensure they have ramps on hand to accommodate visitors in wheelchairs. New this year, the La Marzocco Secret Garden had a step-free entrance, making it accessible to VIP ticket holders with access requirements.

The team was on site for all four days of the festival, proactively helping visitors with disabilities access the building, including use of the passenger lift whenever needed. Once again it was a fantastic weekend, and we’re looking forward to working closely with the Festival again next year!
