Sometimes one BM40 Pro will suffice for an office of 100 people, sometimes you’ll need two, or sometimes you’ll just need an Eversys. People drink different amounts of coffee every day - the best thing you can do is ask your team to report back on how many cups they each drink a day.

We think the best coffee comes out of our barista made machines. This is a big commitment - you’ll be taking on a member of staff to run a barista machine in your office.

The bean to cups all have pros and cons, but all of them make coffee we’re proud of. The main difference between the price points is how many coffees they can make a day.

Please note, one of the reasons we offer them on a subscription model is because we only provide them with a service contract. You wouldn’t drive a car without insurance or an MOT, and we don’t want our coffee in machines without a contract in place.

We send you site ready documents before the install. We can deliver the work for these and charge you for it, but we know most sites have their own Facilities Management Team who will prefer to prepare the electrics and plumbing.

Once that’s signed off, we do a risk assessment and deliver the coffee machine on a pallet. We then install it, set it up, and give you some brief training on how to use it.
